When did hard work and structure become bad things

Udm International is a great working place, I have been here for almost a year now and this is by far one of the best run companies I have ever been with.<br> Sales targets are so manageable its not even funny, 1 every hour? <br> People who complain about working hours don't know what they are talking about, 8:30 16:00 is really not bad at all, which makes me assume they have the IQ of a bag of rocks.<br> The company is strict, but please tell me when that became a bad thing? structure is good in any organisation.<br> Most cant handle it or make the cut just because our standards are very very high, we only want the best!<br> Disgruntled former trainees who did not make a week with us and then go online to write bad reviews does happen, but that says more about your professionalism than ours! We welcome criticism, but only when it is based on sound fact.<br> Truth of the matter is, salaries here are far above what you will get anywhere else!<br> I am a highly qualified professional and my first paycheck at UDM was almost triple than what I ever earned before.<br> Company benefits are exceptional and continuous support is given to new trainees.<br> I will recommend this company to ALL!!!!
