Udemy stole my money

Udemy advertised courses at reduced rates. I clicked on all links and bought two such social media marketing courses for a total of r350. I never received a confirmation email or any other correspondence from them. When I logged into my account there were no courses loaded. I have email 3 times and have not received any feedback.
