Frustrated

I purchased courses for myself as well as my husband without realizing that if you purchase a course for someone else u have to gift it before you pay, it's been 2 months I have been trying to reach someone to find out how I can rectify this but to no avail. Udemy is supposed to be international and highly recommended, however, there are no means to contact this company in such a situation for assistance. The money has been paid 2.months ago and I still sit in square one so my husband can't even begin his courses.

This is not right and to have no one available for such enquiries and requests in such a big organization Is unacceptable.
