UD Truck failures and recalls

I bought a new UD Croner truck from Magnis Trucks in Samrand in Febuary 2019. Got excelent service from the salesman as he earns commissions. However the product and the aftersales experience is pathetic for such a well known brand of trucks. The parts that fail and the recall of such parts is not being made available to the truck owners and owning up to defective parts. Once your 2 year waranty is up, dont expect any parts in a recall campaign either. On my 1 st servive experience in 5000 km the differential oil was due for replacement. I was at first charged double the oil oil holding capacity, my emergiency lifting equipment of the truck was opened and used to perform the tasks at UD workshops, why I dint know as a differential oil change doesnt need any lifting. I just removed my plastics from my seats and got the truck back with dirty hands all over tbe upholstery. I insisted this to be cleaned and was done so. Dint know what my diff technician did inside the cab. The oil bill was corrected and settled. After the 1 st year the cab mounts failed and this was made known and replaced. At this time the headlights started cracking and on requesting an explination, it was said that it is a common fault and was in a recall campaign. At first UD said I was to pay half and they will cover the balance. I complained and then they said they would cover the lights. The lights arived and ine was wring, how did this happen. The one was fitted that was rite and the other went on back order, but this one arrived after my 2 year waranty and then UD wanted me to pay for it as my vehicle was then out of waranty, again U refused and hot the lught free of charge. However, I had to alighn my own lights in my workshop. Then the turbo broke off, again no recall was mentioned. I found out ablout an extra exhaust bracket that caused these turbou housings to break due to vibrations, this was then fitted in a recall but no turbo was replaced, as a matter of fact UD didnt even have any turbos in the countty and I am still waiting for a call back to say when they would have one. I found a regurbished unit from a turbo supplier and he said that it is a commin priblem on this model truck. The oil feed line gave problems and on buying a new one from UD it had an upgraded pipe and did not resemble the old one. Why did they change it. The Turbo oil return pipe cracked and I had to make another that is better than theone that came on the truck, nit sure if there is an upgraded pipe available. I just lost my 2 nd turbo at 90 000 km a mere 2 1/2 years into ownership. Us says there is an upgraded turbo available now, but there is no recall on such turbo and will come at the cost of the owner of the truck. I was also noted on the fact that once again the truck is out of its 2 year waranty. Twice thus far I have encountered road problems, one with a transmission error and once with a fuel filter. Both occasions occured in the Beaufortwest area and no one could help. No one carries these filters and is inly obtainable from the agents at a price. There are no agents nearby and no help if you get stuck. UD was always a trusted brand, but what happened now??? Another big brand name put into cheap grey imports or even outsourced no name trucks. Think if you have the time and patience before buying this brand again
