UD Truck and Trailer Ermelo

This is aimed at UD Truck and Tractor Ermelo. Currently having the worst experience with their service, spoke to the stand-in manager Chris regarding one of my trucks that have been standing there for almost 2 weeks, he explained to me that they are waiting for parts etc. which i understand.

What i dont understand is the promises being made and the specific dates and times being given to me, promising that they will work throughout the nigh to finish my truck only find out that there has been no progress and that another promise is made. This happened 3 times in this instance. The previous encounter was just for a service and also took ages with alot of excuses.

I would not recommend this service to anyone.
