Horrific Experience with UD Trucks in Samrand

We bought our first ever brand new truck from UD in Samrand and it has been a totally horrific experience to date. We have had too many issues over the last 3months and have received no satisfaction to date. We have received terrible service, attitude and rudeness from the sales lady Elze Joubert and her manager Donovan Brooks. Donovan even had the audacity to swear me today on what's app with disgusting vocabulary that I can't repeat on this platform. He then deletes the message thereafter and says that it was meant for his salesman after I mentioned that I had already read it. No business etiquette and acumen whatsoever. They built be a trailer and the truck body via Integrated Autobodies who is their preferred supplier. Last week the brakes on the trailer binded on route to Nelspruit endangering our lives. We have about 10 other faults that were pointed out by UDs other contracted bodybuilder. I am now taking the matter up with the new MD for UD South Africa. If I am not totally satisfied with their resolution offer, I will have to take it up further legally and with the motor oombudsman. I will not recommend anyone who is in the market to buy a truck to go to UD in Samrand. It has been a truly traumatizing and horrific experience. It has cost me a lot financially thus far. Not to mention the time and personal integrity and honour that has been lost. Rather go to Hino or some other company. I wouldn't wish the experience upon my worst enemy. It's really sad to realise that a big company like UD can treat and handle innocent South Africans like so.
