Bad service from Nissan south africa

Very bad service, i bought a parts at Nissan vb old reef after 21 days they colled me to come and collect money they can't find it, secondly i went to nissan bruma they said the part will be available after 21 days now is over a month and when i called they just say hold on and after long time they will just say is not here yet, a have used more than 300 of air time calling people who don't even bother to call me back I make efforts to call nissan south africa in pretoria i spoke to lady to lay complain and she just say she will come back to me which she didn't. When i Called the number *** it says does not exit and i was using the same number to call them. And the unfortunate part of nissans u can only buy this parts at only nissans because they make it hard to find,
