You debiting the account then suspend my child why? But failing to attend and assist with academic queries

My son accounts was suspended without notification,what school is this exactly? I sent several complaints about he's assessment not being graded that's affected he's circle test I was not assisted or attended by anyone you're only good at collecting money and suspending accounts without advising the parents? Why you debited May money on the 7th you're suspending he's account today he's missing the whole Day because the support coach is also not available to attend the query, finance & admissions team are not reachable on calls Why this school is giving our kids so much stress.
