Warning to Parents – Think Twice Before Enrolling Your Child at This School

As a parent of a matric learner, I feel compelled to share our deeply disappointing experience with this school. My child failed Term 1 not because of academic struggles, but due to a zero mark given for a so-called "proctoring-related sanction" during an online assessment. There was no clear evidence presented, no proper explanation, and zero support from the school in trying to resolve the issue.

Instead of engaging with us as concerned parents trying to protect our child’s future, the school coldly redirected us to a faceless "irregularity appeals process" and refused to review or even discuss the situation further. Their grading team washed their hands of it completely.

To make matters worse, the “support coach” assigned to help learners was completely useless and unresponsive. At a time when learners are under immense pressure, especially in matric, the lack of empathy, accountability, and proper communication from this institution is shocking and unacceptable.

If you're a parent considering enrolling your child here, please be warned: the systems in place prioritize procedures over people, and when problems arise, you and your child may be left to face them alone. Education is not just about marks—it’s about care, support, and fairness. Sadly, this school falls short on all three.
