Unhappy parent

I am extremely frustrated and upset. My daughter is doing matric currently at UCT and is part of the Leadership squad. This Squad does nothing but give a platform for bullies. My child has cried twice and she can't even voice her opinions anymore. This is a scar she will have to endure for a very long time and I am worried about the exams. When I reached out to other moms turned out that its a norm as their kids are also going through the same thing and are also on the dam Squad.
