Unhappy and dissatisfied parent

It’s the 2nd year if despair with UCT online high school ,frustration and disappointment , how is it possible for the teacher not to find work that had been submitted and on app all her subject highlighted in green nothing in red showing all had been submitted and is not outstanding any work boom a bomb , zeros on the 3 subjects work not submitted BUT still on the App it still shows all her work assignments had been submitted,what is happens with her submitted assignment and 2nd why the students had to take pictures of the test knowing some picture quality are blare UCT it’s ftom bad yo worse busy applying to other schools definately taking my child out of this stupid school bitten once twice shy , I gave you benefit of the doubt saying it was your 1 st year last with online high school thinking you’ll improve but you had proved me very wrong now I have. child auffeting with anxiety
