UCTOHS, 2024 MATRIC CERTIFICATE NOT YET RECEIVED
My child matriculated last year 2024 with UCTOHS, we're now in Dec 2025 and she still hasn't received her Matric Certificate. I made several follow-ups with the school through her previous support coach, they kept promising me that it's coming up with the next batch of Certificate to be couried by the school but till today 23 Dec 2025 nothing has been received.

It is important to note that delays in the issuing of certificates are most often linked to outstanding or delayed address confirmations.
Since May 2025, the school has been actively requesting finalised physical address details from families to ensure accurate submission and delivery, as this information is a requirement of the certification process. The next batch of certificates are due to be sent out early January 2025 following recent address confirmations.

The address that was submitted following the request for courier delivery address was used on the courier waybill. Our team has reached out to confirm if there was an address change after your submitted address was used for the courier delivery.

Firstly I had 2 kids who matriculated with UCT, Only 1 received her certificate, the other one (Nondumiso Makhanani Khoza) is still waiting for hers since last year . I communicated with Eric around Oct last year, he confirmed that the certificate will sent with the next batch. Around November 2025, I also received an email requesting to confirm the address for the certificate to be couriered, which I did and I also got a confirmation to confirm the address update.
We used the same address for both kids, how come was hers not sent through, the only reason given by the support coach (Eric Grimbeek) was that the certificate Will be on the next batch which he couldn't confirm it's date.
I want my child's certificate, how is she expected to apply without it. This is inconvenience on her end.
