UCT online school the Administration Nightmare

The worst administration I have ever come across. I decided to give the new way of schooling a go but I would not advise anyone to utilize the UCT online school platform. The administration is a mess. It started when my sons start date was moved by 3 times with a different excuse everytime. Then we decided this model is not helping my son at all as he was not progressing at all. I then decided to unenroll him and at every adverti*****t they proclaim a no fuss unenrollment policy. I have sent no less than 6 emails and was first told that the administration staff is on duty but the support coach who must deal with this is on holiday and will only be able to attend to the request to unenroll him. To this day I am sending follow-up emails asking because I will be held liable to pay for the schools administrative incompetence.
