UCT ONLINE - NEED A HELPING HAND TO ACTUALLY WORK

I am bitterly disappointed with UCT Online and how they have handled the education of my child. I was told i can see her progress on my portal - which i was following - and it showed she had done her work and when there were orange or red status' i immediately checked with her on what the problem was. Just before exams at the end of 2022 i get told by her support coach she has not submitted any SBA's etc as i was querying why her reports showed zero when we know she has done the work. it is impossible to get zero on a subject so i want to know why this was not brought to my attention immediately in Term 2 when she says this started happening why wait until the end of the year. there is also no proof of her submissions so how do i see what they have marked etc. I have sent an appeal in today for everything - this appeal process is also not ideal as it only limits you to appeal one subject at a time. I was told i can see her exams and how they were marked on the portal - well it would be good if i could actually get into the portal and when i do there is no where to see her exams or her marks. i asked the support coach and i get told i have to go into her school portal and go to each subject and look - i tried this - also just shows zeros when i have her work she submitted and downloaded and scannned. I am not going into each subject to check when it actually does not show anything. UCT ONLINE YOU DO NOT HAVE A USER FRIENDLY PORTAL FOR THE PARENT AND THE FACT NO ONE CAN COMMUNICATE ANYTHING TO ME IS SADLY LACKING IN YOUR APPROACH TO THIS. I WANT ALL HER EXAMS SENT TO ME VIA EMAIL SO CAN CHECK HOW HER MARKING WAS DONE SO I CAN SEE THAT SHE DIDNT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND THAT THE EXAMS WAS BLANK.
