UCT online high school causing learners to emotional distress with promising formal assessment and failure in circle test and exams

I have enrolled my son in UCT online high school for 2024 grade 10, it was all smooth with assessment etc until time for circle test which me and my son was particularly anxious over as its his first year online schooling. My nightmare started after seeing he's circle test results an immense frustration First time in he's school life getting marks below 65%-80% I am so disappointed hating myself at the same time for failing him,I have never seen him so down, angry, crying non stop I am asking myself what's are you guys doing on formal assessment that's different from circle test being honest I felt like I destroyed him by this online school I had so much hope looking at assessment not knowing it just false hope my son was an A plus in day school what's want wrong it like he's never been to classes or never attempted assessment thinking i am monitoring him daily he was so excited after Mathematics paper thinking he got bit right I have never seen such I am hoping my eye's will never see such results in future
