The grading process

Their grading process is deeply flawed. They consistently provide incorrect grades, then place the blame on students, insisting they go through the appeals process—which, in my experience, is a waste of time. For example, I urgently needed my Term 4 report, but they claimed there was a grading issue. It took them three days to send the report, and even then, it was incorrect. When I raised the issue, they simply directed me to the appeals process. Based on this, I cannot recommend this school to anyone.
