Terrible Administration & Debiting without consent
UCT Online High School has a serious problem with their administration and accounts. This is the second time I have been incorrectly debited. I paused my learning well in advance and even got confirmation that I would not be debited now, yet they still go and charge my account. When trying to get my money back, I have to fight for over a month to get my money. When following up, I am told that refunds are done on Thursdays. Thursday came and went, and there is no refund done. In 2025, this is a disgrace.
