The overall experience has been great, and the support team is always ready to assist. However, one area for improvement is ensuring that all answer sheets are successfully uploaded after students submit their question papers. We've noticed that even if the app indicates a successful upload, it doesn't always mean the upload was completed. There should be measures in place to allow students to resubmit their answer sheets if the app fails, as losing marks due to technical issues is unfair.

We understand the importance of Exam and Cycle Test periods for learners and the critical need for successful script uploads onto The Invigilator App. Learners can confirm their scripts have been uploaded by checking the app's data and looking out for a confirmation email, which includes the scanned and uploaded script.
