Refund
I have been trying to get my refund from this school as I cancelled my kids registration for Jan 2023. They refuse to do so claiming it’s a placement fee not tuition. To my understanding the application fees is not refundable not tuition fees. I have been going back and fourth with this arrogant failure of an institution with no positive feedback. They are condescending and patronising.

We are sorry to hear that you are withdrawing your child from our school. We unfortunately do not offer refunds once you have enrolled. As the tuition is paid for on a monthly basis, only one month’s notice is required for cancellation of enrolment, and no tuition will be charged after completion of the notice period. The application fee and placement fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is stated in our Fees handbook that is sent to you along with our other policies and is also available on our website.
The placement fee is to cover the cost of a learner's anticipated enrolment, which includes, but is not limited to, the costs associated with pre-onboarding, record verification and the purchase of technology licences on behalf of the learner. We do expect parents to read up on our schooling processes, handbooks and emails that we provide so as to better help us provide a better structure for their child, especially if their child is joining an online learning environment for the first time.
