Please refund my money!!

UCTOHS continued to deduct money from my account after I withdrew my daughter from the school, with back and forth emails for 2 months now, they approved the refund about 3 weeks ago and asked for my banking details and never refunded the money. I want my money back please, you can keep January fees but I want the money that was deducted after I withdrew her. I am tired of the back and forth!
