online nightmare!!!!!!

Personally we as parents feel we have failed our son, I had a meeting on Google chat with 1 on 1 coach, manager, Director, Deputy Head and a Guardian Parent. To NO AVAIL was my problem solved. From my son being an A student in his first term of Gr 8 he failed for the first time EVER 2nd term. 2nd term report received end of 3rd term. It is last term and 3rd term report still not received. The Math teacher doesn't want to take any responsibility towards the Cycle Test error on question 2 there were no measurements given to give an answer, so obvious my son wrote cannot answer the question as no measurements given. So there the teacher doesn't even meet you half way to at least admit their fault and also their papers don't give enough time for the children to finish, so again they are going to lose marks, as the paper not completed. THERE IS NO HOPE FOR YOUR CHILD AT UCTOHS as there is no communication and the children are our future and they are breaking down our future. Please do NOT sign your child up with UCTOHS, we are taking him out as soon as this year is done.
