Irate parent

My experience with this institution is very bad, I didn’t complete the registration and now they’re telling me I owe them, like how? I didn’t even make a single payment to indicate that my daughter will be joining their school, I saw bad reviews and decided not to proceed. I don’t understand why I owe them.
