I wrote all my end of terms exams and used the invigilator app to upload my scripts I even have confirmation emails that my documents are all uploaded, I got good marks on my assignments but when my report comes out I see I failed. I checked only to find that for every single test for all my subjects I got 0 the reason being I didn't submit anything. I then reached out to the student advisor and was told to send in a appeal and was told to attach the screenshot of the confirmation emails and my script, I do exactly that and my appeals get rejected due to insufficient evidence. I failed because of UCT's inability to take responsibility, they don't have my scripts in though it's submitted but it's somehow my fault, I send the appeal in how they tell me to but it still gets rejected. There is no one that wants to help you whatsoever. They will make a mistake and you suffer and they will make it seem like it's your fault.
