Frustration and Disappointment
It certainly is not easy to get information or results from UCT online high schooling. We have since opted to remove our child from this system as it doesn't seem to work. This experience has certainly added to my daughters anxiety. After several attempts of obtaining my daughters results to understand if she has progressed to Grade 9, we are no where near getting an answer. As a result she will be repeating Grade 8 at her new "Normal" schooling. But as along as the school fees is paid on time, R2094 a month and nothing to show for it.

As we explained in our end of year results communication, UCT Online High School would be closed from 23 December and would reopen on 11 January 2023, The closing date for appeals is 13 January 2023, Feedback on appeals will be communicated by 23 January 2023. For ease, please see: https://studentresources.valentureonline.com/uct/Appeals+Communications.pdf. Please be assured that every appeal that was formally lodged was reviewed thoroughly and you should have received feedback last week.
