EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Enrolled my child for the year 2022, worst decision I ever made. Would not recommend this institute to any child / parent. Support your child needs is non-existent, coaches hardly coach and your child suffers the consequences. My child was an A+ student since grade 1 up until UCT online came into the picture and failed her. I’m still waiting for feedback from applying for an appeal for her grades due to load shedding and her not being able to write her exams but still waiting. No response from the Coach either. My child now has so much anxiety and stress about repeating a year. Guardian dashboard for progress monitoring is not up-to-date but yet they say its accurate. So much unnecessary communication for everything unrelated to the student. Hardly any teaching but rather self-learning and endless technology failures. Enrolling your child at UCT online will cause more damage and would be a complete waste of time and money. They only care about getting paid. We exited the school end of 2022 and I’m still receiving statements and emails for overdue payments when I have sent several emails stating that we’re no longer with the institution. Payment for last year has been pain in full! Do yourself and your kid a favor by never entering into this **** of a school.
