Good day,
Clearly there are deep rooted issues with UCT OHS!!!
The entire account has been settled yet still I am being harassed for payment. First the payment arrangement was not honoured by your institution now the settlement of the account!
Refer to the attached issued by UCT!
Next email request for payment will be referred to the relevant bodies.
