Bad Service Received

Im not happy about the service i receive from Ucollect, they have been collecting money from my accound since 2017 with no missed premiums however when i request for my statement to see howmuch is left they keep on promissing me however no feedback from them. they debited my accound on the 27th August which according to me it was my last installment bit funny enough when i called them i was told i still have 3 months left to finish my debt. I then requested a statement and to date no one sent me the statement and no one bothered to contact me. Im taking this to my attorneys and this company is soo unprofessional
