Poor quality waterproofing

Initially quick to respond on a call out and quote. I am now unfortunately left with a different water leak that wasn't there at the start. I was also quoted additional repairs unnecessarily. This was confirmed by a different provider. It will now cost me double the amount which I paid for Initially to have the pppr workmanship repaired.
