<p>Rapheil Ince, Regional Manager for Ucan does not honour commitments. Their workmanship is horrific, and then you have to wait in a queue until the massive snag list is resolved, because they have already made appointments to give other customers bad service. More than a month now, and I need this resolved.</p>
