<p>On the 28th October I purchased a cupboard at Ucan, Game, Canal Walk. The agreement was that they would call me when the material had arrived and someone would come and install the cupboard on the 19 Nov because installers are fully booked till the 18th. They had said that it takes about 7 to 10 days for them to call you to come and collect the material. Two weeks later, still no call so I called them. I asked about my cupboard, I was told they would check the warehouse and call me back. They did call back to say it would be instore the same day and that I can come and collect it. When I asked about when it would be installed I was told that they would let me the following day. Called the following day, no response so I sent an email, a day later they responded saying that installers are busy and don't know when they will come and install the cupboard. Went to the store to ask for a refund because waiting indefinitely is not going work for me. Ameer from store told he will call his manager and then later told me that someone will come on the 20th and I would receive a call the following morning to confirm. Following day, no call, no response when I called so I sent an email. Response was that they still trying to get someone. On the evening of the 19th, went to the store and was told someone would come after 12 on Sunday the 20th. Cancelled my plans for the day to wait for the installer and 5pm now, no one has arrived and I cannot get through Ameer's line.</p>
