Pathetic Service

I contacted the dealership and told then that I would be coming through to view the vehicle which we had to wait for the vehicle, We said that we would buy the vehicle if it was sorted out and ready for collection the next day(today) by 10 am. When we arrived the car was parked at the back of the shop and nothing had been done to the car at all, They wanted us to Pay first and then they would get the car ready. after waiting over 4 hours for them to sort out the vehicle and the papers it was still not sorted. Now they expect me to ride back and forth because they dont even have a disk for the Car and to clear a check because the Dealership name is not correct on there (PTY) Registration Papers. What Pathetic Service from the Owner. I would not recommended UC Motors / My Dream Car/s at all.
