Overpriced Levies with no maintenance

Ubuye Properties are in huge arrears with basic utilities costs. The unit that I've purchased all arrears have been settled in full. I'm paying double for levies, for services I've never used. They refuse to share correct PQ calculations fir my unit. Certains residents pays R500.00 per month fir levies, & have been placed on the lower prepaid tariff hike. There is NO other type of electricity outlets, besides the lights; situated on any on the passageways, but we must pay for services that don't exist. They refuse to place me City Power Prepaid meter & re-adjusted my tariff to a much higher rate. There's a caretakers lives in the garage & pays nothing towards any levies or electricity going on for five years. Ubunye disconnected water valves for our gardens & expect a 3.5% hike, but refuses to open the the valves & raete increase effective 1 July 26. This building has never been repaired for the past 20 years, as they have no budget but collect levies every month. They refuses toclean & remove rubble from the garage which was modified into living space to accommodate the caretaker, without building plans or approval from municipality, caretakers refuses to the clean the back alleyway & Ubunye made arrangements with their caretaker to store my rubble in an empty garage, which he was paid R900 to remove off complex & keep this garage locked at all times. My garage locks were malicious vandalised due to tenants fighting in this complex, Ubunye refuses to replace my garage lock indicating to me I must pay excess fees for garage lock replacements. My extension step ladder, garage motor & dogs bed Qasim ****** by caretaker & given to his boss, & Ubunye refuses to resolve thus matter.
