...and the problems continue

So here we are a year later and so far I had to spend an additional R20k to rectify or complete this bull****ter Jacques Lessing’s bad work. There is now water damage to part of my house because he didn’t move a tap and water pipe as he had to at the onset of building, coming with lots of stories when building reached a point where it could no longer be moved. The paving he did, which I paid him more for than a paving contractor would charge, is sagging. To top it all the garage roof is also sagging because he used ******* construction methods, this from a man with “twenty four years experience in the business”. This now also has to be rectified or we might wake up with a roof squashing our cars.
