unpaid leave

My mom was an employee of Ubunye Cleaning service, the contract ended in March, there was leave amount that my mom was entitled to which was never paid up until today, now the problem is they( Wellem) keep on sending her from pillar to post, the one time they said to her that the amount was paid and then they came back and said no she is not entitled to any leave payout because she took leave and she asked them to send her the papers or forms where she signed for her leave and they couldnt provide her with such because there was no such a paper.<br> <br> They are undermining her, they keep on telling her that she will get her money on this day and when that day comes then there is another story, she doesnt have the money to call them everyday, she asked some of the ladies at her work to assist in calling the company but no one seems to like to take responsibility of what happend, now she was told that she has to wait another 4 weeks to get her money and im not talking about 5000 here, they are really undermining her. it would be appreciated if this matter can be resolved, we are also willing to go to the CCMA to lay a formal complain against the company.
