hope this is the right platform to highlight my disappointment with the staff of the above company with special reference to 2 workers. In keeping with the name of the company which translates into HUMANITY TO OTHERS or I AM BECAUSE WE ARE seems unknown to these two workers viz Mlungisi( PERSONAL DETAILS HIDDEN but his identity will be verified by the latter) and Nkazimulo PSIRA *** EMPLOYEE NO CPA 648 that are stationed at John Ross building on Victoria Embankment opposite the Truro house . My encounter yesterday with both outside the Kwik Spar shopping centre certainly does not augur well for your company when you employ staff that are dogmatic in their approach and have no compassion in their understanding of the situation at hand. Here is my story: Yesterday ( 7th October 2025 ) I entered the parking lot in front of the John Ross building and went into the shop that my vehicle was parked outside to purchase some sweets for officials that i was going to see across the road . My son accompanied me to this place and decided to go to Truro house to hand over some documents. I am a 65 year old male Departmental Head - Educator that is a cancer patient and had a tracheostomy done and is a great fall risk patient so i must have someone to accompany me and speak on my behalf as my speech is hindered. this is visible to anyone in my presence. My son accompanied me to the entrance to await the lady that I had to meet. On arrival at the entrance I realized that I left the file in the car which entailed my son leaving me there and going to recover the file. While returning to the car to retrieve the file my son was told by inconsiderate and arrogant Mlungisi not to park there for long to which he acknowledged only to tell him that he will return after handing the file to me at the entrance. He didn't even look at my windscreen to see that I have a disabled sticker displayed even before clamping my wheel. When he returned the lady arrived to receive to which he wanted to go bring the car out but she said that it wont take long jus to hand the documents. this however took a little longer and hoped that the disabled sticker would have prevented the wheel being clamped on our return. The rude representative did not consider my medical situation after explaining to him and jus wanted cash and a receipt for unclamping the wheel which was issued by paperwork driven Nkasimulo who refused to be understanding that im a disabled person and wanted to show him my disabled forms from SARS to which he refused showing his level of intelligence and understanding of the situation at hand and refused to let me speak to someone higher. These 2 workers definitely have no idea, firstly : the meaning behind the name and : secondly : how to uphold the company name. All it needed was a little understanding of the situation at hand and empathy would have prevailed. Im so sorry for your future of your company when you employ workers like these rude, arrogant and uncompassionate workers in question. We may have overstayed our time at the parking lot but had valid reasons which we expected to be heard sympathetically and viewing my condition would have overridden his initial decision. i would not like to rate this experience as it upset me to the extent that i had to go to a doctor. 1 star is too much. disappointed.
