UBUNTU MARKETS WE SIZWE (PTY) LTD UBUNTU

Ubuntu Markets is just a **** Please be warned

My story is as follows. In August, I decided to start trading online, focusing on commodities, currencies, indices, derivatives, futures, and stocks. I researched registered companies offering such trading facilities and found one called UBUNTU WE SIZWE (PTY) LTD, with an FSP Number 52532.

Website: www.ubuntumarkets.com WhatsApp number: +*** (only on whatsup) These are some of the company’s phone numbers but all of them, I could not go through to them but they could call me from all the numbers; +***, +***, +***, +***, +***

I joined Ubuntu Markets, and they connected me to the MT5 (MetaTrader 5) trading platform, where I could trade independently on my laptop in Zimbabwe. On the first day, it was challenging because I was still learning. I deposited $1,250, which I grew to $5,500. Unfortunately, I made a trading miscalculations, and all the money was wiped out; I understand that losses are part of the game of trading particularly in currencies due to volatile price fluctuations.

I was then assigned to a more experienced Account Manager named King Ngobese, who provided trading lessons and encouraged me to deposit more funds to continue trading. I followed his advice, deposited more money, and resumed trading. This time, I was a more knowledgeable trader, able to minimize risks and identify stocks with good profit potential. My profits grew significantly, and my balance reached 3.7 million USD.

At this point, I decided to withdraw some profits. To do so, the organization required certain FICA documents for compliance purposes. I submitted the documents, and my account was verified and approved. While waiting for this process, I continued trading. By October 11, 2024, around 5 p.m., my balance had reached 5.6 million USD. It was at this time that my live trading platform suddenly froze, and I could no longer access my account.

I attempted to contact my Account Manager, King, but he said he was busy and could not speak with me. Another Account Manager, Rapula Rantsho, contacted me via Zoom to try and identify the issue with my trading platform, but he was unable to resolve it and advised me to contact the support department. This occurred on a Friday, and I could not get any answers from support until Monday when the work week resumed.

When I reached out again, support informed me that “your account is under investigation for serious abuse,” though I was not provided with any details or explanations. Subsequently, another Account Manager, Tingabel, informed me that King was also under investigation, just like my account. As of now, I am in limbo. I don’t know what is happening with my account, and I have no access to it. They have not informed me when the investigation will conclude or what actions they are taking, leading me to suspect they might be trying to take my money.

For any information please I’m available on phone number +*** and it’s also my whatsup number.
