ubuntu the worst service ever

Ubuntu does the monitoring of my business security alarm system. after a break inn where we lost R165000-00 their only response was that the alarm was not monitored by them at the time of the break-inn but it is not their responisibility to test the system. they did not monitor the system for more than a month but never let us know it was not working. they only took our money.
