Ignoring Customers and Alarms

Hopefully, they will respond on hellopeter as they don't respond to complaints on their website or Facebook page. Ubuntu, from the service I have received is the most useless armed no response unit around.

On Sa****ay, my alarm went off at about 22:20. The cotrol room was quick to phone. On requesting an armed response to come out, I waited until 00:32 before retiring to bed. On a previous occusion, the alarm again went off. Again the control room was quick to response. On request for an armed response to come out, they only arrived 2 hours later. On request on the delay, I was informed that they only have two vehicles covering the Valhalla to Rooihuiskraal area and the one vehicle was in for a services.

On an other occusion, the alarm went off at 10:00. I indicated to the operator that we are not home and they will need to investigate. On arrival back home at about 16:00, the slip left by Ubuntu indicated that they checked the property at 15:00.

So I would like to know, what am I paying for? Someone to phone me to state the obvious?!

I've installed an Ubuntu unit on my gate so they can open the gate. I still have to open the gate for them or they have to find their way over the wall. I want a refund here with interest.

I also want someone to phone me at explain to me the no service I'm receiving, compensation for the no services I've paid for, and a way forward. And you will phone me until you reach me.

Further more, if by 17:00 today, if Ubuntu has still not contacted me, I'll log a complaint with the Consumer Protector as well as PSiRA and any other private security regulator I can find. I have waisted enough of my time trying to contact you.
