Do they still exist?

<p>I don’t think Ubuntu Security really exists anymore. They just collect the fees every month. Since November last year they haven’t responded once when we accidently set the alarm off. They don’t reply to e-mails or on Facebook posts and they say somebody will call you back which never happens. We reported a problem with our alarm on 3 April and are still waiting for the promised call from the technician. We told them that we want to terminate our service with them, but they just ignore any communication. Their equipment seems to be old and in need of replacement and I can’t even remember when last I saw one of their vehicles.</p>
