Still Waiting

I was emailed a letter of appointment by this company specifying some but not all details. It specified that I was selected to go into a training program. When I tried to reach them for further details via email and telephone I could not reach them. It is really heartbreaking as an unemployed individual to get an appointment letter then be let down in such way.
