Extremely poor service

This company was recommended to me by a family member last week, since I do purchase mostly online for convenience. I made my purchase on 28 August 2026 and receive communications via email and what's that my package would arrive on 29 August around 09:30 and 11:30, with driver details, I send what's app at 11:40 to confirm if the delivery would still me made and was rest assured, as the working hours for Saturday is till 12:00, I waited patiently as I also expect visitors. At 17:15 nothing, no communication nothing. This was my what's app recieved: 🚚 *Your driver is on the way!*
