Ubutun is not trusted

I tried to withdraw January but they didn’t release it. I sent messages I didn’t get any response. There after I wrote the representatives of REFUNDBACK (net) spoke with them on live chat and filed my complaint. Immediate action was taken to pressure ibutun to release what is rightfully mine. In less than 3 days they did return all my m oney that was withheld.
