I have had a very bad experience with them. My money was traded as thou it was a ticket or a voucher. Their professionalism and account management team are *********** to handle any persons hard earned sweat. They just need to return my funds as they have no clue how to trade. Total abuse to human emotions and kindness. I have reported them to the ombudsmen awaiting response
