Ubuntu Life declined my family policy claim saying beneficiaries over 30 years

Ubuntu Life declined my family policy claim saying beneficiaries over 30 years. This age limit was never disclosed when policy was sold 20+ years ago. When my mother called to claim they told her we are over 30, then closed policy and paid R0 surrender
