Truck hire

Good day I'm writing this requesting help to get my money back from Ubuntu construction logistics PTY Ltd. I had a contract at the mine to transport coal, which needed a 34 ton tipper truck. I searched a company to hire a 34 ton tipper truck online. I saw Ubuntu construction logistics PTY Ltd online. I sent a request for a quote. Moses Banda responded to my email. We started communicating about requirements in order to get the truck. We arranged a meeting and We met on the 2 September 2018, the meeting was at Macdonald in wonderpark Pretoria. He came with his business partner Peter mathebula. They brought a contract for me to sign which I didn't sign it there. We agreed that I should pay 50% upfront. Truck was R70000 to hire and I paid R35000 later on the 2nd and I emailed proof of payment to Moses Banda on the 3rd of September 2018. As per our agreement truck will be released once payment is done. I sent a request for a truck to be released, peter and Moses told me that they can only release truck once the money is cleared in their account thought they never said that before. It took 3 days for money to be cleared, I waited. I sent request again they then requested for a letter that authorises the truck to work at the mine. I told them that letter is mine not theirs, I'm leasing a truck from their company that is what we are contracted for. Peter refused to release the truck and he said he would rather refund me. We agreed for a refund on 8th. Money was not deposited on the 8th, I called he never picked up nor came back to me. Moses called me asking for another deposit of R20000 saying he's going to make a plan for me to get the truck. I refused to pay. When I tried to call him again, I discovered he blocked my number on his phone, my calls wouldn't go through. Both peter and Moses are stopped answering my calls and my money hasn't been refunded. Once in a while peter would answer and told me not to call him again. I do have proof of payment.
