This smells like a ****. We app**** on 12 May for a letter of good standing and were told 15 working days, but expect some delays. We accepted this. It's now 02/08, and no feedback received. Emails and calls are going unanswered. We paid R1900 upfront and at first, Norman Swanepoel was very responsive. The silence is deafening on Norman Swanepoel and Ubuntu's side. Definitely think we have been ****med.

30 Jan 2023, 11:09 Unfortunately as a third party assisting clients with registrations at government, which most business owners don't have time for or expertise themselves, once we submit to the government, our hands are tied.
Most government departments are slowly recuperating from their major backlogs caused by load shedding as most government departments don't have optimally working back up generators.
Apologies for missing an email, but also keep in mind, when you call someone via WhatsApp and the person is currently taking a direct call the WhatsApp call does not go through - It is best to call someone direct on their cellphone and not use a secondary app.
