Overpayment

I booked for a bridal shower 2weeks prior the event date and was told that children under 4yesrs don't pay. Even on their website it was written so. But on the day on my even I was charged R225 by the waiter for a child who is 3years old. That R225 is the same price that adults pay for a 3hour Baffet. I contacted them the following day and was told to se d a descriptive email to the manager who hasnt contacted me till this day. The service I received was terrible...n honestly I'll never go back there or advice people to do so.
