Struggling to get a refund after service collapse

They started with wonderful service. And slowly over time they started to miss a delivery here and there. Eventually in the last month after missing 3 deliveries I cancelled our subscription.

Then I had to struggle to get a correct invoice. Now after numerous mails, WhatsApp messages they owe me a refund.

And suddenly it is almost impossible to get hold of them. The phone number rings. No one responds to emails And who ever and whenever they respond to WhatsApp it is always sorry they will follow up and nothing comes from it.

It is really sad as we did enjoy their service and product in the beginning
