Repairs to ceiling after geyser burst

I had my geyser burst in my ceiling and a larger hole was required to be cut into the ceiling trapdoor to install the new geyser. The insurance sent out a Technician, Mohammed, from Ubuhle Maintenance Services, to assess the work needed to repair the trapdoor. Mohammed phoned me regularly to keep me informed of the progress of my claim, and then made an appointment with me to do the work at my convenience. His workmen do a very good job and cleaned up neatly after they finished. A very professional, punctual, courteous, and clean service was provided.
