Refusal to give me my documents.

I got employed by David Nkosi, I was told I would get contract and payslips. For over a year I recieved nothing. When I pressed him for it I got fired over the telephone. Went to CCMA. got reinstated for a week. Got fired again but this time I recieved a letter, but no reason why I'm fired. Got some payslips, 4 payslips outstanding, IRP 5 outstanding, UI-19 outstanding. Refusal to give my documents.
